Food & Beverage Director, Jason Hebert is a native of Baton Rouge with experience stretching across the country. With a well-rounded decade of opportunities around the country, Jason is excited to bring his experience into his new role, transitioning from the kitchen to the front of the house. Jason finds himself back home in a location almost identical to how his career started. After graduating from Louisiana Culinary Institute in 2007, Jason’s culinary career began in the kitchen of a Baton Rouge AAA Four Diamond upscale hotel as a banquet cook. After gaining a good base of skills at the hotel, Jason ventured out to see other areas of the country.
